The personal experience of being in "the sandwich generation", founder Lindy Litwak understood the difficulty of the struggle to care for an aging parent, working a full time career and raising a family at the same time.

Lindy's father was bedridden, but did not need medical care.  Her mother was the main caregiver.  Unable to leave the home with out back up care, they discovered first hand the challenges of reliable, trusted care with flexibility.

After her dad passed on, Lindy decided to build an organization of honesty, integrity and commitment to seniors and their families.  The organization became the premier provider for non medical home care in the Rochester, New York area.  This was due to the commitment to dependability and communication for both seniors, family and caregivers.   

Pride In Caring Senior Care was founded on a sincere desire to offer an alternative non medical home care service to ease the pressure of helping the senior maintain an independent yet secure lifestyle in the comfort of their own home.
